What is chashu don?
A Japanese rice bowl. Chashu is braised pork belly, and don is short for donburi: a bowl of rice with something on top. Ours is chashu over warm rice, with nori and a soft egg.
On weekday lunchtimes it is the heart of the Rice Menu, with a dessert and a drink.
